Blue World undertakes research activities into a wide range of large marine vertebrates. Our main research is into the populations of bottlenose dolphins in the region, as well as other cetacean species, including the fin whale, striped dolphin and common dolphin.

In addition, in cooperation with the Croatian Natural History Museum, we develop studies on marine turtles and sharks in the Adriatic Sea.

Many of our projects require the help of students, interns and volunteers, if you are interested in helping our work, please check the 'get involved' section of the website.
