We are proud that the Blue World Institute has received the “Business Excellence 2026” award in the NGO category, presented by the Mali Lošinj Tourist Board on the occasion of World Tourism Day.
The award recognises our dedicated work on a project focused on the education and protection of seagrass meadows around Lošinj, carried out in partnership with Seacology and Mali Lošinj Tourist Board.
Through scientific, educational, and field-based activities, we contribute to preserving the natural heritage of the Lošinj archipelago, raising awareness about marine conservation, and supporting responsible and sustainable tourism.
